Hi, my name is Ryan Chapman and I am the founder of B.A.S.E. Training in Bremerton, WA.  B.A.S.E. stands for Balance, Agility, Strength, and Endurance.Whether you are looking to lose some weight, get ripped, complete your first triathlon, run your first 5K, or finish your first marathon, B.A.S.E. Training is located in Bremerton, WA (Kitsap County) just a short ferry ride away from Seattle. Visit us on the web at www.tribasetraining.comOr find me on Facebook at www.facebook.com/xtricoachingWhy I love TI swimming:In 2005, I did my first Sprint Triathlon with basically no prior swimming background or instruction.  I swam the 1/2 mile course in just under 22 minutes.  I found TI in 2006 and began doing the drills and swam 1000m in under 17 minutes (in just 2 to 3 months of working on my own with the DVD).  In 2010, I swam the same 1/2 mile course that I swam in just under 22 minutes back in 2005 in under 13 minutes.  I am swimming better than I had ever imagined possible and it is thanks to TI.  Now I am a certified TI Teaching Professional so that I can pass on my relatively new found love for swimming to triathletes and others.
