My video before learning TI

Some people may think I have been able to swim freestyle like a fish a long time before.
You are wrong! As you can see the video above, my freestyle before learning TI was terrible.
The main differences are as follows;
- The long axis became very stable. My core body rotation and breathing (not raising my head) helped me to do it.
- Less bubbles. Once you can glide, you do not have to pull the water with bubbles anymore.
- From continuous kicking to snap kicking. The role of kicking used to raise lower body to get balanced, but now it helps my core body to rotate.
If I can do it, you can do it!
