Since 1988, thousands of swimmers have learned to swim faster, more efficiently and enjoy it more by attending a Total Immersion workshop. In addition to immediate and dramatic improvement, swimmers experience:
• Seven Hours of in-water instruction from the best swimming teachers on earth
• Classroom sessions explaining exactly how to use the TI method for maximum benefit and satisfaction
• Underwater video analysis to graphically illustrate opportunities for improvement
TI Workshops are designed to benefit any level of swimmer, including beginners (who can swim at least 50 meters), intermediate swimmers, advanced swimmers, those who swim for fitness and those who swim competitively. Our unique method of instruction rebuilds a stroke from the bottom up, so all swimmers learn a new skill set no matter what their experience level. Best of all, Total Immersion Workshops empower you to be your own best coach, giving you the tools you need for a lifetime of continuous improvement and enjoyment.

• Workshop tuition: $495*
• Friends and Family Discount: $445 – Students are encouraged to take a workshop with a friend or family member and receive a 10% discount for each participant!*
• Alumni Discount: $445 for weekend refresher/ $225 for Sunday refresher*
Total Immersion is also offering Multisport Workshops for our growing triathlete community!
*Please Note our cancellation and transfer policy: Workshop tuition includes a $250 non-refundable deposit. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than eight (8) days prior to the scheduled workshop unless a doctor’s note is provided. For cancellations made at least eight (8) days prior to the scheduled workshop, any monies paid above the $250 deposit will be refunded in full. The $250 deposit per person remains non-refundable in any circumstance, but may be transferred to a future workshop within 365 days of initial registration. A $100 transfer fee per person will be applied to the future workshop, and the deposit will be credited toward that workshop. This policy was developed as a courtesy to our coaches.
